Due to COVID-19 returns are not accepted at the moment.
- Any item with "FINAL SALE" or 'DISCOUNT CODE' is FINAL SALE.
- Refunds of money or store credit cards are not allowed.
- One-size-fits. wihtes, accesories, swimwear,bodysuits have no change.
- Any return request must be approved before sending us an email to shopsalopr@gmail.com. We reserve the right to deny any request whithout reasonable cause.
- Returns are accepted up to 5 days after the delivery date. All items must be new, unused, unwashed, with no visible signs of use or wear such as: makeup, fragance, deodorant stains, etc.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. SALO LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or return packages, we recommend choosing a shipping service that offers tracking services.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that not comply with our policy.
-All unapproved returns will be sent to the sender.
- Any invoice must be included in the package.
